I saw this clip on the the TV a few weeks ago. It is facial exercises taking about 10 minutes a day to make you 10 years younger. I cannot see it doing any harm even if its not the complete 10 years even 5 years would be acceptable. It is suggestes that we do lots of exercise to get our body in shape so why not the face as well.  Let me know how you get on. Keep safe xx
